Hyderabad Holds Draw for 1,920 Affordable Housing Flats

A draw of lots was conducted in Hyderabad on Tuesday to select beneficiaries for 1,920 affordable flats. These homes are planned for construction in L.B. Nagar, Musheerabad, Goshamahal, and Chandrayangutta constituencies. Minister Ponnam Prabhakar stated that Indiramma houses will also be provided to landholders unable to afford construction. The government aims to build 1 lakh affordable flats within Core Urban Region Economy limits. Groundbreaking ceremonies are scheduled soon, and a mop-up draw will be held for 1,700 flats in other constituencies.

मंगलवार को हैदराबाद में 1,920 किफायती फ्लैटों के लाभार्थियों के चयन के लिए लॉटरी निकाली गई। ये घर एल.बी. नगर, मुशीरबाद, गोशामहल और चंद्रयानगुट्टा विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में बनाए जाने की योजना है। मंत्री पोन्नम प्रभाकर ने कहा कि जमीन मालिकों को भी इंदिराम्मा घर दिए जाएंगे जो निर्माण का खर्च नहीं उठा सकते। सरकार का लक्ष्य कोर अर्बन रीजन इकोनॉमी की सीमा के भीतर 1 लाख किफायती फ्लैट बनाना है। जल्द ही भूमि पूजन समारोह निर्धारित हैं, और अन्य विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में 1,700 फ्लैटों के लिए एक मॉप-अप ड्रॉ आयोजित किया जाएगा।
