BMC Receives Rs 470 Crore Bid For Lower Parel Civic Lab Plot

BMC has received a highest bid of Rs 470 crore from Skystead Constructions LLP for a 5,166-sq-metre plot in Lower Parel. The land currently houses the municipal testing and laboratory facility. BMC plans to lease the plot to the developer for an initial 30 years, with an option for a further 30-year extension. The bid is 3.3% above the base price of Rs 455 crore. The successful bidder will be responsible for constructing a replacement facility for the municipal laboratory at their own cost.

बीएमसी को लोअर परेल में 5,166 वर्ग मीटर के प्लॉट के लिए स्काईस्टेड कंस्ट्रक्शन्स एलएलपी से ₹470 करोड़ की सबसे बड़ी बोली मिली है। इस ज़मीन पर फिलहाल म्युनिसिपल टेस्टिंग और लैबोरेटरी की सुविधा है। बीएमसी इस प्लॉट को डेवलपर को शुरुआती 30 साल के लिए लीज पर देने की योजना बना रही है, जिसमें आगे 30 साल बढ़ाने का विकल्प भी होगा। यह बोली ₹455 करोड़ की बेस प्राइस से 3.3% ज़्यादा है। सफल बोली लगाने वाले को अपनी लागत पर म्युनिसिपल लैबोरेटरी के लिए एक नई सुविधा का निर्माण करना होगा।
