स्काईरूट एयरोस्पेस 18 जुलाई को भारत का पहला प्राइवेट रॉकेट 'विक्रम-1' लॉन्च करने वाला है। यह लॉन्च श्रीहरिकोटा, आंध्र प्रदेश से होगा। यह भारत के प्राइवेट स्पेस सेक्टर के लिए एक बड़ा कदम है। इसका मकसद अंतरिक्ष तक पहुंच को सस्ता और आसान बनाना है। विक्रम-1 करीब 480 किलो तक का पेलोड लो अर्थ ऑर्बिट में ले जा सकेगा, जिससे भारत की क्षमताएं बढ़ेंगी।
