South superstar Yash's comeback film 'Toxic' has faced significant setbacks, first failing at the box office and now encountering a major blow with its OTT release. Initially, an OTT platform had offered a substantial ₹150 crore for the film's digital rights. However, the film's poor box office performance led to a drastic drop in its valuation. ZEE5 reportedly offered ₹30 crore, with half upfront and the rest contingent on a pay-per-view model. This deal collapse has resulted in a considerable financial loss for the film's makers.
