Two Ontario gurdwaras, Sikh Spiritual Centre Toronto and Nanaksar Thath Ishar Darbar, are facing a lawsuit over more than $13 million in loans secured against their properties. The legal dispute involves former Liberal MP Rajvinder Grewal and his law firm, RSG Law Professional Corporation. Companies allege the firm failed to properly secure part of the loans. This is part of wider lawsuits involving Grewal, with combined claims exceeding $200 million.
