Kerala HC Orders PSC Plea Before Single Bench

The Kerala High Court's division bench has directed the registry to number a petition filed by the Kerala Public Service Commission (PSC). The PSC seeks to quash a criminal case registered against its members and staff over alleged exam irregularities. This directive came while allowing an appeal by the PSC challenging a single bench order that upheld the HC registry's objection. The single bench will now consider both the maintainability and merits of the PSC's petition regarding the exam for chief (industry and infrastructure division).

केरल हाई कोर्ट की डिविजन बेंच ने केरल पब्लिक सर्विस कमीशन (PSC) द्वारा दायर एक याचिका को नंबर देने का निर्देश दिया है। PSC अपने सदस्यों और कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ कथित परीक्षा अनियमितताओं को लेकर दर्ज आपराधिक मामले को रद्द करना चाहता है। यह निर्देश PSC की एक अपील की अनुमति देते हुए आया है, जिसमें सिंगल बेंच के उस आदेश को चुनौती दी गई थी जिसने HC रजिस्ट्री की आपत्ति को बरकरार रखा था। अब सिंगल बेंच मुख्य (उद्योग और अवसंरचना प्रभाग) परीक्षा के संबंध में PSC की याचिका की स्वीकार्यता और योग्यता दोनों पर विचार करेगा।
