Winners were determined by Amazon.in purchase data, ratings, reviews, and a nationwide public vote. The event highlighted the growing importance of AI in consumer electronics, with 82% of smartphone buyers expecting AI features. Discussions also focused on AI's role in advertising and consumer engagement. Samsung, ASUS, Dell, Hisense, TCL, and Lumio Vision were among the brands recognized across various categories, including smartphones, laptops, and TVs.

अमेज़न इंडिया के बेस्ट इन टेक अवार्ड्स (BITA) का दूसरा संस्करण मनाया गया, जिसमें 40,000 से ज़्यादा भारतीय ग्राहकों द्वारा चुने गए गैजेट्स को सम्मानित किया गया। Amazon.in पर हुई खरीदारी के डेटा, रेटिंग्स, रिव्यूज और देश भर में हुए पब्लिक वोट के आधार पर विजेताओं का फैसला किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में कंज्यूमर इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स में AI के बढ़ते महत्व पर ज़ोर दिया गया, जहाँ 82% स्मार्टफोन खरीदारों को AI फीचर्स की उम्मीद है। AI की भूमिका पर विज्ञापन और कंज्यूमर एंगेजमेंट में भी चर्चा हुई। Samsung, ASUS, Dell, Hisense, TCL, और Lumio Vision उन ब्रांड्स में शामिल थे जिन्हें स्मार्टफोन, लैपटॉप और टीवी जैसी अलग-अलग कैटेगरी में पुरस्कार मिले।
