Heavy rains in Lucknow on Saturday led to nearly 40 distress calls to the UP-112 emergency response system. Villages reported home damage, while urban areas saw submerged roads and vehicles trapped in drains. Incidents included wall collapses with people reportedly trapped under debris and roof collapses. Police, fire services, and SDRF teams were deployed to assist residents whose homes and vehicles were inundated. Despite the downpour, UP-112 maintained operational capacity and responded quickly.

शनिवार को लखनऊ में हुई भारी बारिश के कारण UP-112 इमरजेंसी रिस्पांस सिस्टम को लगभग 40 Distress Calls आईं। गांवों में घरों के नुकसान की सूचना मिली, जबकि शहरी इलाकों में सड़कें पानी में डूब गईं और गाड़ियां नालों में फंस गईं। दीवारों के गिरने की घटनाएं हुईं, जिनमें लोग मलबे में फंसे बताए जा रहे हैं और छतें भी ढह गईं। पुलिस, फायर सर्विस और SDRF की टीमों को उन निवासियों की मदद के लिए तैनात किया गया जिनके घर और गाड़ियां पानी में डूब गई थीं। मूसलाधार बारिश के बावजूद, UP-112 अपनी ऑपरेशनल क्षमता बनाए रखने और तुरंत प्रतिक्रिया देने में कामयाब रहा।
