Court Grants Bail, Cautions Against Media Discussions

A Delhi court granted three weeks of interim bail to Swatantra Bhardwaj, accused in an alleged assault case during a Jantar Mantar protest. The court barred Bhardwaj from discussing the case on social media or any public platform. Judge Saurabh Partap Singh Laler noted deficiencies in the Delhi Police's investigation and directed the IO to file a status report addressing these issues.

दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने जंतर-मंतर विरोध प्रदर्शन के दौरान कथित हमले के मामले में आरोपी स्वतंत्र भारद्वाज को तीन हफ्ते की अंतरिम जमानत दे दी है। अदालत ने भारद्वाज को सोशल मीडिया या किसी भी सार्वजनिक मंच पर मामले पर चर्चा करने से मना किया है। जज सौरभ प्रताप सिंह लालर ने दिल्ली पुलिस की जांच में कमियां पाईं और आईओ को इन मुद्दों पर एक स्टेटस रिपोर्ट दाखिल करने का निर्देश दिया।
