Man Held For Stealing ₹40 Lakh Gold, Silver

Police in Vijayawada arrested H. Vinod Kumar on Sunday for a house burglary where he allegedly stole gold and silver ornaments valued at approximately ₹40 lakh. The accused, a recent engineering graduate, committed the theft on September 4 in Veterinary Colony. Following a complaint and CCTV verification, police apprehended Kumar, who confessed to the crime. Recovered items include 350 grams of gold jewellery and 230 grams of silver ornaments.

विजयवाड़ा पुलिस ने रविवार को एच. विनोद कुमार को घर में चोरी के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया। उस पर करीब 40 लाख रुपये के सोने-चांदी के गहने चुराने का इल्ज़ाम है। यह घटना 4 सितंबर को वेटरनरी कॉलोनी में हुई थी। शिकायत और CCTV फुटेज की जांच के बाद पुलिस ने कुमार को पकड़ा, जिसने अपना जुर्म कबूल कर लिया। 350 ग्राम सोना और 230 ग्राम चांदी के गहने बरामद हुए हैं।
