Candidate Dies During UP Home Guard Physical Test

A 39-year-old candidate died on Tuesday in Meerut allegedly after his health deteriorated during a physical test for Uttar Pradesh Home Guards recruitment. A total of 1,017 candidates participated in the test. Eleven candidates reported feeling unwell and received first aid before being taken to the Medical College, Meerut. While eight were discharged, two, including the deceased Ankuj Malik, remained under treatment. Malik reportedly fell unconscious and prima facie died of a heart attack.

मेरठ में उत्तर प्रदेश होमगार्ड भर्ती के लिए फिजिकल टेस्ट के दौरान एक 39 साल के उम्मीदवार की तबीयत बिगड़ने से मौत हो गई। कुल 1,017 उम्मीदवारों ने परीक्षा दी। 11 उम्मीदवार अस्वस्थ महसूस करने लगे, जिन्हें मेडिकल कॉलेज, मेरठ ले जाने से पहले प्राथमिक उपचार दिया गया। आठ को छुट्टी मिल गई, लेकिन मृतक अंकुज मलिक समेत दो का इलाज चल रहा है। मलिक बेहोश हो गए थे और दिल का दौरा पड़ने से उनकी मौत हुई।
