Former India captain Sunil Gavaskar has critiqued India's bowling strategy during their six-wicket loss to the West Indies in the second T20I. He suggested that fast bowlers Arshdeep Singh or Mayank Yadav would have been better choices for the crucial 18th over instead of Axar Patel. Gavaskar also felt Kuldeep Yadav might have been a more effective option than Shivam Dube in the ninth over. These bowling decisions came as the West Indies successfully chased a target of 250, leveling the five-match series at 1-1.
