A corporate manager with over a decade of experience and prestigious degrees revealed the stark difference between his ₹85 lakh annual package and his actual take-home pay. The ₹85 lakh CTC included fixed compensation, variable pay, ESOPs, and a joining bonus. After deductions for employer provident fund, gratuity, employee provident fund, and income tax, his annual net salary dropped significantly. He highlighted that variable pay, dependent on performance, further reduces the guaranteed income, illustrating the complex reality of high-value corporate compensation packages.

एक कॉर्पोरेट मैनेजर ने बताया कि ₹85 लाख के सालाना पैकेज में से टैक्स, पीएफ और ग्रेच्युटी कटने के बाद हाथ में कितनी रकम आती है। उनके ₹85 लाख के सीटीसी (CTC) में फिक्स्ड सैलरी, परफॉरमेंस बोनस, ESOPs और जॉइनिंग बोनस शामिल थे। लेकिन, इन सब कटौतियों के बाद उनकी नेट सैलरी काफी कम हो गई। उन्होंने बताया कि परफॉरमेंस पर निर्भर वेरिएबल पे भी गारंटीड इनकम को और घटा देता है।
