Actor Mushtaq Khan Paid Rs 1 Lakh

Veteran actor Mushtaq Khan revealed he was paid only Rs 1 lakh for his role as Ballu in the 2007 blockbuster 'Welcome'. Khan stated that his initial agreement was for approximately 20 to 25 shooting days. However, the schedule was extended significantly without any increase in his remuneration. He contrasted this with the daily payment structure for staff working with lead actors like Akshay Kumar. Khan felt this payment arrangement was unfair given the extended shooting commitment for his memorable character.

मुश्ताक खान ने बताया कि उन्हें 2007 की हिट फिल्म 'वेलकम' में बल्लू के रोल के लिए सिर्फ़ 1 लाख रुपये मिले थे। उन्होंने कहा कि पहले 20-25 दिन शूटिंग का तय हुआ था, लेकिन बाद में बिना पैसे बढ़ाए शूटिंग काफी लंबी खिंच गई। उन्होंने अक्षय कुमार जैसे स्टार्स के स्टाफ के रोज़ाना पेमेंट का भी ज़िक्र किया और कहा कि यह उनके साथ नाइंसाफ़ी थी।
