Punjab Hit As Over 3 Lakh Govt Employees, Roadways Workers Strike

Bus services across Punjab have been significantly disrupted due to an ongoing strike by the Punjab Roadways, PUNBUS, and PRTC Contract Workers' Union. Over three lakh government employees and roadways workers are participating in the industrial action. Negotiations between the striking workers and the government have unfortunately failed to yield any positive outcome or breakthrough. The widespread strike is impacting daily commutes and the transportation network throughout the state.

पंजाब रोडवेज, PUNBUS और PRTC कॉन्ट्रैक्ट वर्कर्स यूनियन की चल रही हड़ताल के कारण पंजाब में बस सेवाओं में काफ़ी रुकावट आई है। तीन लाख से ज़्यादा सरकारी कर्मचारी और रोडवेज कर्मी इस औद्योगिक कार्रवाई में हिस्सा ले रहे हैं। हड़ताल पर चल रहे कर्मचारियों और सरकार के बीच बातचीत का कोई सकारात्मक नतीजा या सफलता नहीं मिली है। यह व्यापक हड़ताल पूरे राज्य में रोज़ाना की आवाजाही और परिवहन व्यवस्था को प्रभावित कर रही है।
