प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने भुवनेश्वर में ₹169 करोड़ की लागत से बने आरबीआई के डेटा सेंटर और साइबर सुरक्षा प्रशिक्षण संस्थान का उद्घाटन किया। इस मौके पर उन्होंने पिछली कांग्रेस सरकार पर 2014 से पहले 'फोन बैंकिंग' के जरिए चुनिंदा लोगों को हजारों करोड़ रुपये का बैंक लोन देने का आरोप लगाया, जिससे एनपीए (NPA) बढ़ गया था। मोदी ने कहा कि नए डिजिटल इकोसिस्टम ने बैंकिंग सेवाओं को हर नागरिक तक पहुंचाया है, जिससे भारत का बैंकिंग क्षेत्र मजबूत हुआ है।
