Snapdeal Parent AceVector Files RHP For IPO

Snapdeal-parent AceVector Ltd has filed its red herring prospectus (RHP) with SEBI, nearly a year after its initial confidential IPO filing. The company has reduced its fresh issue by ₹13 Cr to ₹287 Cr, following a pre-IPO placement round. The offer-for-sale component has also been significantly cut to 4.16 Cr shares. SoftBank's selling entity, Starfish I Pte Ltd, has reduced its stake sale. The IPO will open for public subscription on September 25.

स्नैपडील की पैरेंट कंपनी AceVector Ltd ने SEBI के पास अपना रेड हेरिंग प्रॉस्पेक्टस (RHP) फाइल कर दिया है। कंपनी ने प्री-आईपीओ प्लेसमेंट के बाद फ्रेश इश्यू को ₹13 करोड़ घटाकर ₹287 करोड़ कर दिया है। ऑफर-फॉर-सेल में भी 4.16 करोड़ शेयरों की बड़ी कटौती की गई है। SoftBank की Starfish I Pte Ltd ने अपनी हिस्सेदारी बिक्री कम कर दी है। यह IPO 25 सितंबर को खुलेगा।
