The Madhya Pradesh government is set to disburse Rs 502 crore to 20,456 private schools as fee reimbursement for the 2024-25 academic year under the Right to Education Act. This initiative aims to support over 8.19 lakh economically weaker and disadvantaged students enrolled in these institutions. The reimbursement compensates private schools for fees covered under the scheme, ensuring continued educational access. Since 2011, the state has released over Rs 3,600 crore for more than 16.85 lakh students under the RTE Act.

मध्य प्रदेश सरकार, शिक्षा के अधिकार अधिनियम के तहत, 2024-25 शैक्षणिक वर्ष के लिए ₹502 करोड़ की राशि 20,456 निजी स्कूलों को शुल्क प्रतिपूर्ति के रूप में देने जा रही है। इस पहल का उद्देश्य इन संस्थानों में नामांकित 8.19 लाख से अधिक आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर और वंचित छात्रों की मदद करना है। यह प्रतिपूर्ति योजना के तहत कवर की गई फीस के लिए निजी स्कूलों को मुआवजा देती है, जिससे शिक्षा तक निरंतर पहुंच सुनिश्चित होती है। 2011 से, राज्य ने आरटीई अधिनियम के तहत 16.85 लाख से अधिक छात्रों के लिए ₹3,600 करोड़ से अधिक जारी किए हैं।
