Man Poses As Tenant, Steals Laptops, Cash

A man posing as a prospective tenant entered a paying guest accommodation in Bengaluru and stole two laptops, two chargers, and approximately Rs 10,000. The incident occurred when the resident, an employee of a private firm, had stepped out. The thief gained access to the room and broke open the wardrobe to steal the items. The paying guest owner had not collected the stranger's identity details, highlighting a security lapse. Police are reviewing CCTV footage for leads.

एक आदमी ने किरायेदार बनने का नाटक करके बेंगलुरु में एक पेइंग गेस्ट (PG) में घुसकर दो लैपटॉप, दो चार्जर और करीब 10,000 रुपये चुरा लिए। यह घटना तब हुई जब एक प्राइवेट कंपनी में काम करने वाला एक निवासी बाहर गया हुआ था। चोर कमरे में घुस गया और सामान चुराने के लिए अलमारी तोड़ दी। PG के मालिक ने अजनबी की पहचान का विवरण नहीं लिया था, जिससे सुरक्षा में चूक का पता चलता है। पुलिस सुरागों के लिए CCTV फुटेज की समीक्षा कर रही है।
