A Delhi-born man living in Canada has sparked an online debate by attributing his improved physique to quitting Indian food for the past 1.5 years. Banshdeep Singh stated that this change simplified his meal management, protein intake, and fitness routine, leading him to feel he is in the best shape of his life. He explained that cooking traditional Indian meals is time-consuming and involves extensive preparation, which he found difficult to manage alongside his work and gym schedule.
