Members of the Karnataka Navanirmana Sene protested in Kalaburagi on October 7 against a reported plan to allocate land from the Zonal Agricultural Research Station for a private healthcare project. The protesters gathered at Jagat Circle, raising slogans and urging authorities to prevent the diversion of agricultural research land for non-agricultural purposes. The Agriculture Research Station land is crucial for experiments and activities benefiting local farmers. Officials, including Assistant Commissioner Ritika Verma, visited the site for a survey amidst this opposition.

कर्नाटक नवनिर्माण सेने के सदस्यों ने 7 अक्टूबर को कलबुर्गी में जोनल एग्रीकल्चरल रिसर्च स्टेशन की जमीन को एक निजी स्वास्थ्य परियोजना के लिए आवंटित करने की कथित योजना के खिलाफ विरोध प्रदर्शन किया। प्रदर्शनकारियों ने जगत सर्कल पर इकट्ठा होकर नारे लगाए और अधिकारियों से कृषि अनुसंधान भूमि को गैर-कृषि उद्देश्यों के लिए मोड़ने से रोकने का आग्रह किया। कृषि अनुसंधान स्टेशन की भूमि स्थानीय किसानों को लाभ पहुंचाने वाले प्रयोगों और गतिविधियों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है। इस विरोध के बीच सहायक आयुक्त रितिका वर्मा सहित अधिकारियों ने सर्वेक्षण के लिए स्थल का दौरा किया।
