A honeymoon turned into a terrifying ordeal for a newlywed couple from Chopra when the bride, Nikita Das, was engulfed in a fireball during a barbecue at a Darjeeling homestay on September 13. CCTV footage shows liquid being poured onto the barbecue, causing flames to erupt and engulf Nikita. Her husband and homestay staff rushed to help extinguish the fire. Nikita is currently in critical condition at a Siliguri hospital following the shocking incident.
